This one’s for our little blessings between age 4-8 years old and it’s all about building a foundation of teamwork, understanding our environment were in and really just having FUN while were learning the basics and fundamentals.

KIDS
They’re growing up so fast! Fun is still in the air but it’s time to put it together. This is where the true understanding of trail running begins, so your child can combine everything and be competitive in trail running, as well as any endurance sport. This program is for kids between age 9 – 12 years old.

TEENS
The training begins, with fun being more painful but substantially more rewarding. This program is competitive in nature, in order to help with your teens (between age 13 – 17 years old) physical fitness goals. Don’t be mistaken, certain values are instilled into the young runner’s minds and we never leave a fellow trail runner behind. These values are: resilience, heart, teamwork, discipline and giving back.

About Us
T4T is a “Kids Trail Running Program” in the simplest form. Program sessions are held at multiple trail locations in Regina SK, and surrounding area (5-15 min drive approx). 3 different age categories are provided: TOTS – ages 4-8, KIDS – ages 9-12, and TEENS – ages 13-17. 2 programs: “summer” and “winter”. Summer program runs from 1st May – 31st Oct with weekly training sessions for each age group at various locations in and around the city of Regina. TOTS (Tuesday 5:30 -6:30pm), KIDS (Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm) and TEENS (Wednesday 6:35-8:00pm). Winter program: TBD
