T4T Payment, Scheduling and Refund Policy 2024

Payment and Refund Policy:

  • Payment is required in advance for each session.
  • “T4T Participation Release, Media and Waiver of Liability” and “T4T Program Registration Form” MUST be filled out before any participation.
  • Sessions can be paid for on a monthly, 3 month, or 6 month basis.
  • Payment must be made in full before the first session of each payment period.
  • Payments can be made online through the website, e-transfer, in person or in person at the trailhead before the given session.
  • Refunds will only be provided in the case of injury or illness that prevents the participant from attending the remainder of their sessions. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining sessions in the payment period and doctor’s note provided
  • Each session is weather dependent and will be canceled if there is risk of lightning.  No refunds are given for session cancellations due to weather.
  • NOTE:  September and October months, “Teens” will be running in the dark.  Headlamp required!

Halloween Party:

  •       Each year, on or around October 31st, the season will end off with a FREE Halloween party for the kids and parents of all age categories to enjoy. 

Session Schedule:

  •         Tots (4-8 yrs old) – sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm, from May 1st – Oct 31st.
  •         Kids (9-12 yrs old) – sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm, from May 1st – Oct 31st.
  •         Teens (13-17 yrs old) – sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 6:40pm-8:00pm, from May 1st – Oct 31st.

 

Monthly Package:

  • The monthly payment covers four sessions, one session per week.
  • The cost of the monthly payment for each age group is:
    • Tots (4-8 yrs old): $100 per month
    • Kids (9-12 yrs old): $100 per month
    • Teens (13-17 yrs old): $125 per month

3 Month Package:

  • The 3 month payment covers 12 sessions, one session per week for 12 weeks.
  • The cost of the 3 month payment for each age group is:
    • Tots (4-8 yrs old): $275
    • Kids (9-12 yrs old): $275
    • Teens (13-17 yrs old): $300

6 Month Package:

  • The 6 month payment covers 24 sessions, one session per week for 24 weeks.
  • The cost of the 6 month payment for each age group is:
    • Tots (4-8 yrs old): $525
    • Kids (9-12 yrs old): $525
    • Teens (13-17 yrs old): $575
